Silicon Bronze Coupler (UL, threaded or non-threaded)

Couplers are essential connecting components in electrical grounding systems. They are available in two forms: thread less compression couplers or UNC threaded connectors designed for use with pointed copper-bonded grounding rods. They are used to join two ground rods or extend a ground rod. The inside of the coupler is tapered, allowing the ground rod to compress during installation, forming an irreversible conductive connection. This ensures a robust and reliable grounding solution for various electrical applications.


Our couplers are made of silicon bronze material, an alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good electrical conductivity.
